How do I pay?
The outstanding balance will be paid upon delivery of your car. Payment can be done with Euro ( cash ) or You can pay by all credit-cards (Visa , Master , Amex , Diners Club from every where) and visa electron and maestro and ec from office.All payments are processed in Greece by J&D Rent a Car. Your credit card statement will reflect this.

I booked a car from the airport .Where can I find the J&D Represenative?
Our representative will be at the exit ( usually gate G4 ) with a sign , with your name and your flight number at the time of arrival .

What is " J&D Fast Line " ?
Fast line is when J&D Cars  has all the information ( license number , identity number mobile telephone ,etc. ) about the booking before the reservation . This way we will have all paper work ready .We will only have a quick check and then within a very few seconds you are finished !!

What Insurance coverage do Rental rates include?
Third party liability insurance - Included Insurance policy is limited for bodily injuries to third party up to 1.000.000,00 Euro per person ( from June 2012 ). Insurance policy is limited for property damages to third party up to 1.000.000,00 Euro. 15.000 for legal expenses . 20.000 Euros for the driver of the car . 30.000 Euros if hit by another vehicle that does not have any insurance.

What is what is covered and what is not covered ?
Loss or damaging the key of the car .Our Super insurance covers on all asphalt roads .Non asphalt roads and beaches are not covered on all insurances.Insurance does not cover while the driver is under the influence of alcochol , drugs ,etc..

Where do we deliver ?
Almost everywhere !!We deliver our cars to the airport , the harbour of Rhodes (Rhodos), Afandou , Kolymbia , Stegna , Archangellos ,Kiotari ,Tholos , Fanes ,Yalyssos , Faliraki, Lindos, Kalithea , Rhodes, Ixia, Haraki, Pefkos  and to all the villages in the Island.

Accident / breakdown ?

Vehicle must never be removed from place of accident until police report has been completed and J&D Cars must be notified immediately .
J&D Cars will contact the police .
If you do not report accident to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance might become invalid.
The report should state if there was any influence of alcohol or drugs. It is essential that you also report any accident or damage to the car rental company.

In case of other damages to the rented car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to the car rental company before the car is moved.

Documents of the car and the keys of the car must be handed to J&D Cars.
Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.

In the unlucky event of accident the most important advice is:

STAY CALM and try not to panic!

If anybody is injured, help them first and if needed call the ambulance.

Obtain as much information as possible about the other vehicle and driver, like name, witnesses ,registration number etc.

In case of mechanical breakdown contact J&D Cars or the Road Assistance.

The insurance does not cover anything from the damages in case that the car is driven by somebodyelse that did not make the proof to the company that ows driving license and that is not written on the contract as second driver. The vehicle has to be driven only by the renters themselves. Any accident or damage in this case is their responsability and is not covered by the insurance.

Complains ?
All complains/problems must be reported locally and immediately. This is in order for J&D cars to be able to provide the best possible service. We will not accept any complains received after the drop off date.

Car type suitability / availability ?
Reservations can only be confirmed according to the vehicle category and not according to the car model. If the booked vehicle category is not available, J&D cars will automatically upgrade to a higher vehicle category without any extra charge. The named cars serve as typical examples for the size and performance of the vehicle category. J&D cars cannot accent responsibility if the vehicle is not large enough to fit all passengers and luggage on arrival. If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standards or size of your booked car, please report to our representative locally.
